les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.\nLe client est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un certain nombre de d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement constant en vapeur dans le processus de capture du CO2.\nCe processus, qui implique l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation du CO2 d&rsquo;un produit chimique dans des chambres \u00e0 vide par l&rsquo;introduction de vapeur, n\u00e9cessite une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence de la livraison de vapeur, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle globale du syst\u00e8me.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Besoin constant d&rsquo;alimentation en vapeur : <\/strong>le processus de capture du CO2 dans les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur n\u00e9cessite une alimentation constante en vapeur.\nLa pr\u00e9cision et la constance de l&rsquo;alimentation en vapeur sont essentielles pour garantir l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du processus de d\u00e9chargement chimique du CO2.\nToute interruption ou incoh\u00e9rence dans l&rsquo;alimentation en vapeur pourrait avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 du processus.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cycles de fonctionnement courts et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs : <\/strong>le client doit effectuer des cycles d&rsquo;alimentation en vapeur aussi courts que 30 secondes de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e.\nCe court laps de temps exige une solution capable de fournir de la vapeur rapidement et avec pr\u00e9cision, en s&rsquo;adaptant aux dur\u00e9es de cycle requises.\nLa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9agir rapidement est cruciale pour maintenir l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du processus et atteindre les objectifs de production de CO2 fix\u00e9s par le client.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 et contr\u00f4le<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Le client doit obtenir une <strong>efficacit\u00e9 optimale de<\/strong> lib\u00e9ration du CO2 par le produit chimique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise de l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la vapeur et la quantit\u00e9 de vapeur introduite sont des facteurs critiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un manque de contr\u00f4le peut entra\u00eener une lib\u00e9ration incompl\u00e8te du CO2 ou une perte du pr\u00e9cieux produit chimique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Comme il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un processus chimique sensible, la <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> est primordiale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toute d\u00e9faillance dans href=\"https:\/\/giconmes.es\/fr\/?post_type=productos&amp;p=9729\">R\u00e9servoir de condensats<\/a> en acier inoxydable de 80 litres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/giconmes.es\/fr\/?post_type=productos&amp;p=9729\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/giconmes.es\/fr\/?post_type=productos&amp;p=9729\">Osmoseur<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me est r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Osmoseur (1) permettant de fournir de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 un r\u00e9servoir d&rsquo;eau (2) reli\u00e9 au g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur (3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur (3).\nIl comprendrait un relais g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 programmer \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;automate pour g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;allumage et l&rsquo;extinction de celui-ci au moyen d&rsquo;une minuterie ou d&rsquo;une commande directe. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation des condensats pour l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des condensats de la ligne (4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un ensemble de transmetteurs de pression (pression de travail = 4 bar) pour afficher la pression dans la salle de contr\u00f4le (5).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9duction de pression \u00e0 commande \u00e9lectrique (6) avec un positionneur num\u00e9rique permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une boucle de contr\u00f4le.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soupape de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (7).\nNormalement r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 un bar au-dessus de la pression maximale que le reste de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement consommant de Cette documentation est \u00e0 la disposition de l&rsquo;organisme comp\u00e9tent de la communaut\u00e9 autonome et des entreprises qui effectuent l&rsquo;entretien, les r\u00e9parations ou les contr\u00f4les p\u00e9riodiques.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Utilisez l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement sous pression dans les limites de fonctionnement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es par le fabricant et mettez-le hors service s&rsquo;il ne r\u00e9pond plus aux exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Entretenir les installations, les \u00e9quipements sous pression, les accessoires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les dispositifs de contr\u00f4le conform\u00e9ment aux conditions d&rsquo;exploitation et aux instructions du fabricant et <b>les inspecter au moins une fois par an <\/b>.
