d&rsquo;aluminium sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/strong> qui devait <strong>s\u00e9parer 20 000 plaques cathodiques en aluminium et en zinc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le client, ce processus est essentiel pour <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9cieux<\/strong> et <strong>optimiser le recyclage ou la r\u00e9utilisation de ces composants m\u00e9talliques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet devait r\u00e9pondre aux exigences suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur une m\u00e9thode manuelle<\/strong>: le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 devait \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par une m\u00e9thode manuelle bas\u00e9e sur le chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur, soigneusement appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur le joint entre l&rsquo;aluminium et le zinc et sur toute la surface de la plaque.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur<\/strong>: le chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur est la m\u00e9thode choisie par le client en raison de son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer la vapeur et \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les deux m\u00e9taux sans compromettre leur qualit\u00e9 et leurs avec lance et pistolet d&rsquo;application a \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9e pour appliquer efficacement la vapeur sur les plaques d&rsquo;aluminium et de zinc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Syst\u00e8me de traitement de l&rsquo;eau<\/strong>: en raison des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques du site du client, l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de traitement de l&rsquo;eau \u00e9tait \u00e9galement Il n&rsquo;y a pas de probl\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9commande tant que la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur est respect\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n        \n    <button class=\"faqs-btn\">\n        <span>\n            <div class=\"screen-reader-text\">Open<\/div>\n        <\/span>\n        Quel est l&rsquo;entretien d&rsquo;un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur \u00e9lectrique ?    <\/button>\n\n    <div class=\"faqs-content\">\n        <div class=\"mt-1 mb-2\"><p class=\"p1\">Un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur est un \u00e9quipement sous pression qui, avec le r\u00e9seau de tuyauterie concern\u00e9, est soumis \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le r\u00e9glementaire et \u00e0 des instructions techniques compl\u00e9mentaires, conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement publi\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9cret royal 809\/2021, du 21 septembre. Son entretien est divis\u00e9 en une partie de conformit\u00e9 simple par le propri\u00e9taire : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Conna\u00eetre et appliquer les instructions d&rsquo;utilisation, les moyens de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;entretien du fabricant.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ne pas mettre en service l&rsquo;installation ou emp\u00eacher le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement sous pression si les exigences du r\u00e8glement ne sont pas respect\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Disposer au moins de la documentation suivante pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement sous pression lorsqu&rsquo;il est install\u00e9 : d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, instructions du fabricant et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, certificat d&rsquo;installation, ainsi que d&rsquo;autres documents justificatifs (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, projet d&rsquo;installation, rapport de la derni\u00e8re inspection p\u00e9riodique, certificats de r\u00e9paration ou de modification de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, ainsi que tout autre document requis par l&rsquo;instruction technique compl\u00e9mentaire (ITC) correspondante du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement). Cette documentation est \u00e0 la disposition de l&rsquo;organisme comp\u00e9tent de la communaut\u00e9 autonome et des entreprises qui effectuent l&rsquo;entretien, les r\u00e9parations ou les contr\u00f4les p\u00e9riodiques.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Utilisez l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement sous pression dans les limites de fonctionnement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es par le fabricant et mettez-le hors service s&rsquo;il ne r\u00e9pond plus aux exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Entretenir les installations, les \u00e9quipements sous pression, les accessoires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les dispositifs de contr\u00f4le conform\u00e9ment aux conditions d&rsquo;exploitation et aux instructions du fabricant et <b>les inspecter au moins une fois par an <\/b>.  <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Ordonner des contr\u00f4les p\u00e9riodiques conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l&rsquo;article 6 du r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Disposer et tenir \u00e0 jour un registre des \u00e9quipements sous pression des cat\u00e9gories I \u00e0 IV, du RD 709\/2015, du 24 juillet, ou assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 ces cat\u00e9gories conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 3.2 du r\u00e8glement, ainsi que de leurs installations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n        \n    <button class=\"faqs-btn\">\n        <span>\n            <div class=\"screen-reader-text\">Open<\/div>\n        <\/span>\n        \u00c0 quelle temp\u00e9rature la vapeur est-elle produite ?
