?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px;width:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex isotanks est essentiel dans le processus d&rsquo;extraction de certains produits chimiques pendant le transport, en raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques de ces substances.\nCertains compos\u00e9s chimiques, en particulier ceux qui sont solides ou qui ont un point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9, peuvent cristalliser, se solidifier ou devenir visqueux \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus basses.\nCette solidification ou cette augmentation de la viscosit\u00e9 peut obstruer la tuyauterie et les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;isotank, ce qui rend difficile, voire impossible, l&rsquo;extraction r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des produits.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>Pour surmonter ce probl\u00e8me, la chaleur est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;isotank par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de la vapeur satur\u00e9e, ce qui augmente la temp\u00e9rature du contenu chimique.\nL&rsquo;augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9duit la viscosit\u00e9 et permet aux solides de devenir liquides, facilitant ainsi leur \u00e9coulement dans la tuyauterie.\nCe processus de chauffage est essentiel pour assurer une extraction efficace et continue des produits chimiques, \u00e9viter les interruptions de transport et garantir la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du produit.\nVoici quelques-uns des produits chimiques qui doivent \u00eatre chauff\u00e9s pour \u00eatre extraits des conteneurs :     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-4 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-arrow-list\">\n<li><strong>Acide mal\u00e9ique<\/strong>: fond \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 52-54\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acide trans-cinnamique<\/strong>: fond \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de l&rsquo;ordre de 48-52\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acide muconique<\/strong>: a un point de fusion proche de 100-102\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-arrow-list\">\n<li><strong>Acide malique<\/strong>: fond \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de l&rsquo;ordre de 130-132\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acide benz\u00e8nesulfonique<\/strong>: a un point de fusion d&rsquo;environ 50-53\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acide salicylique<\/strong>: fond \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures d&rsquo;environ 158-159\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:112px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Processus d&rsquo;utilisation du syst\u00e8me SACIVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-separator-list\">\n<li>1. positionnement du r\u00e9servoir isotherme dans la zone de chauffage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Mise en place d&rsquo;une sonde de temp\u00e9rature en contact avec le produit dans le registre pr\u00e9vu dans l&rsquo;isotank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Entra\u00eenement du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4. Raccordement des tuyaux d&rsquo;alimentation en vapeur et de retour des condensats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5. Ouverture temporis\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrovanne de vapeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6. Chauffage du conteneur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7. L&rsquo;\u00e9lectrovanne se ferme automatiquement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de consigne est atteinte et que le processus est termin\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8. Avertissement par signal sonore et lumineux \u00e0 la fin du processus de chauffage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Processus de nettoyage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir nettoy\u00e9 l&rsquo;isotank avec de l&rsquo;eau sous pression, il est possible d&rsquo;appliquer de la vapeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;isotank.\nL&rsquo;op\u00e9ration est effectu\u00e9e en positionnant une lance fixe et en programmant le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration.\nCette op\u00e9ration doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e sur un seul isotank.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>Selon le d\u00e9cret royal 948\/2003, les citernes utilis\u00e9es pour le transport de marchandises doivent \u00eatre soigneusement lav\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur <strong>et vaporis\u00e9es <\/strong>avant de transporter d&rsquo;autres marchandises chimiquement incompatibles avec les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Autres consid\u00e9rations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement doit comporter la programmation n\u00e9cessaire pour prot\u00e9ger l&rsquo;installation et le contenu du r\u00e9servoir isotherme en cas de d\u00e9faillance de la sonde de temp\u00e9rature, ainsi qu&rsquo;en cas de n\u00e9gligence ou d&rsquo;omission de la part de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur dans la mise en place de la sonde.\nL&rsquo;ensemble du processus doit \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 au moyen d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran d&rsquo;affichage install\u00e9 dans le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vapeur. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:112px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-primary-20-background-color has-background\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Mod\u00e8le<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>SACIVA 120kW<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>SACIVA 180kW<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Puissance des r\u00e9sistances (kW)<\/td><td>30kW (x2) &#8211;
