This system is composed of a spinner, which acts as a header for the steam output, and is powered by a 20 kW electric steam generator. This combination of technologies allows for efficient and effective cleaning of modular conveyors in the bakery industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main benefits of this solution is the <strong>drastic reduction in water consumption<\/strong>. Thanks to the controlled use of the steam generated by the system, it is possible to  <strong>reduces water consumption by 90% compared to traditional cleaning methods.<\/strong>  This reduction not only contributes to the conservation of water resources, but also results in significant savings in operating costs associated with water supply and treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the efficiency in the use of water, the implementation of the Jet System allows a notable reduction in the time required to carry out the cleaning process. Whereas previously cleaning the modular conveyors required up to 8 hours of manual labor, <strong>with this automated solution, the time is reduced to only 3 hours<\/strong>. This improvement in process efficiency not only minimizes machine downtime, but also frees up human resources for other tasks within the production plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key benefit of the solution is the  <strong>elimination of the need to use detergents during the cleaning process. The steam generated by the Jet System has disinfectant and degreasing properties,<\/strong>  which allows for deep and effective cleaning without the need for additional chemicals. Maintenance is divided into a part that can be easily fulfilled by the owner:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Know and apply the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions regarding use, safety measures, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Not to put the installation into service or prevent the operation of pressure equipment if the requirements of the Regulation are not met.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having at least the following documentation for the pressure equipment while they are installed: Declaration of conformity, manufacturer&#8217;s instructions (if applicable), and, if necessary, installation certificate, along with other supporting documentation (such as installation project, record of the last periodic inspection, certifications of equipment repairs or modifications, and any other documentation required by the relevant technical instruction complementary to this regulation).
