<strong>electrical components<\/strong> and <strong>sensitive parts<\/strong> that do not tolerate the use of water or conventional chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditional cleaning methods were insufficient: <strong>water<\/strong> could damage electrical and electronic components, while chemical <strong>solvents<\/strong> posed a risk to the components, the operator and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the client needed to <strong>drastically reduce water consumption<\/strong> and <strong>eliminate the generation of contaminated liquid waste<\/strong>, a common problem in conventional cleaning processes that requires costly collection and treatment systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drying times<\/strong> after water cleaning also represented an operational bottleneck, as the vehicle could not be started until the engine was completely dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer was looking for a system capable of <strong>reaching hard-to-reach areas<\/strong>, <strong>removing accumulated grease and dirt without compromising the integrity of the engine<\/strong>, and also allowing for <strong>virtually dry cleaning<\/strong>, reducing generates <strong>steam at high temperature <\/strong>(up to <strong>170 \u00b0C<\/strong>) and <strong>pressure<\/strong> (approximately <strong>10 bar<\/strong>), which <strong>dissolves grease and dirt accumulated on contact<\/strong>, without the need for chemicals or large quantities of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount of residual moisture is minimal, so the electrical and electronic components of the motor remain safe at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The combination of the different accessories was key to the success of the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>bronze brushes<\/strong>, in different diameters, provide a complementary mechanical action to the steam that enhances cleaning in the areas with the greatest accumulation of grease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>900 mm<\/strong> <strong>curved lance<\/strong> allows reaching the most inaccessible corners of the engine compartment, while the <strong>nozzles<\/strong> &#8211; standard and turbo &#8211; offer versatility to adapt steam intensity and flow rate according to the surface to be treated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result is a <strong>thorough, fast and visible cleaning in seconds<\/strong>, without disassembly of parts, without contaminated liquid residues and with practically zero water consumption compared to conventional methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\"
