study.<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58.3%\">\n<p>During normal operation of the line of one of the <strong>main meat preparation companies in Spain<\/strong>, there was a <strong>progressive accumulation of dirt<\/strong> on the <strong>inside face of the conveyor belts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This dirt generated a <strong>loss of traction<\/strong> between the belt and the rollers. As a consequence: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The rollers were slipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The conveyor was not advancing correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unplanned stoppages and loss of productive rhythm occurred, affecting the entire chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the company&#8217;s existing cleaning method, when the problem reached a <strong>critical<\/strong> point, the only method available was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stop the line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completely disassemble the conveyor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual cleaning by means of pressure washers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This process involved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High intervention time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High labor cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational and safety risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct loss of production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The client established <strong>several fundamental conditions<\/strong> for any solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preventive<\/strong>, not reactive <strong>solution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning was to be carried out <strong>periodically and automatically<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No need to disassemble the conveyor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prohibition of the use of water<\/strong>. Sensitive electrical components were located in the immediate vicinity of the conveyor. solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution was based on the installation of a <strong>Brushless device<\/strong>, combined with a custom-designed <strong>anchoring tool<\/strong> for this particular conveyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system allows that, during the established cleaning frequencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operators <strong>can easily untension the conveyor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Brushless device is positioned by means of the specific anchorages, <strong>without the need to disassemble the belt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The equipment acts directly on the inside face of the conveyor, a critical area where dirt accumulated and traction was lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This design guarantees a <strong>homogeneous and thorough cleaning<\/strong>, restoring the conveyor to its optimum operating conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dry steam cleaning: no water, no risk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Brushless system is powered by a 20 kW RGV20 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/giconmes.es\/en\/steam-generators\/mobile-steam-generators\/steam-generator-rgv-0020\/\">20 kW RGV20 steam generator,<\/a><\/strong> which provides key Maintenance is divided into a part that can be easily fulfilled by the owner: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Know and apply the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions regarding use, safety measures, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Not to put the installation into service or prevent the operation of pressure equipment if the requirements of the Regulation are not met.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having at least the following documentation for the pressure equipment while they are installed: Declaration of conformity, manufacturer&#8217;s instructions (if applicable), and, if necessary, installation certificate, along with other supporting documentation (such as installation project, record of the last periodic inspection, certifications of equipment repairs or modifications, and any other documentation required by the relevant technical instruction complementary to this regulation).
