packaging lines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the <strong>vacuum packaging<\/strong> process and <strong>hermetic sealing of <\/strong>the product, it was essential to <strong>apply steam to the bottom film of the package to complete the shrink wrapping<\/strong>. This boiler has all its components in contact with water made of AISI A-304 stainless steel, as well as its external fairing, which guarantees durability and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with a safety valve set at 7 bar \/ 170.5 \u00baC and a water level protection system, which stops the boiler automatically in case of water level failure, ensuring the safety of the installation.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condensate recovery tank model DRC00160<\/strong>: with a capacity of 160 liters, also entirely built in AISI A-304 stainless steel, this tank includes level regulator, solenoid valve and thermostat, allowing an efficient management of condensate return and contributing to the energy sustainability of the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pressure reduction system<\/strong>: designed to reduce the output steam pressure from the 4 bar generated by the boiler to the 1.2 bar required by the shrink-wrapper, ensuring full compatibility with the In fact, it is recommended to achieve maximum efficiency. There is no problem with remote control as long as it complies with current regulations.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n        \n    <button class=\"faqs-btn\">\n        <span>\n            <div class=\"screen-reader-text\">Open<\/div>\n        <\/span>\n        What maintenance does an electric steam generator require?    <\/button>\n\n    <div class=\"faqs-content\">\n        <div class=\"mt-1 mb-2\"><p class=\"p1\">A steam generator is a pressure vessel that, together with the piping network, is subject to regulatory control and complementary technical instructions, according to the regulations published in Royal Decree 809\/2021, of September 21. Maintenance is divided into a part that can be easily fulfilled by the owner: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Know and apply the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions regarding use, safety measures, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Not to put the installation into service or prevent the operation of pressure equipment if the requirements of the Regulation are not met.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having at least the following documentation for the pressure equipment while they are installed: Declaration of conformity, manufacturer&#8217;s instructions (if applicable), and, if necessary, installation certificate, along with other supporting documentation (such as installation project, record of the last periodic inspection, certifications of equipment repairs or modifications, and any other documentation required by the relevant technical instruction complementary to this regulation). For detailed contents, refer to Annex IV of the regulation. Making this documentation available to the competent authority of the autonomous community and the companies responsible for maintenance, repair, or periodic inspections.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Use the pressure equipment within its intended operating limits as specified by the manufacturer and take it out of service if it no longer meets the necessary safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Perform maintenance on the installations, pressure equipment, safety accessories, and control devices in accordance with the operating conditions and manufacturer&#8217;s instructions, and <b>examine them at least once a year. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Arranging for the necessary periodic inspections as required by Article 6 of the regulation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having and maintaining an up-to-date record of pressure equipment categories I to IV, as defined in RD 709\/2015, of July 24, or equipment similar to these categories according to Article 3.2 of the regulation, as well as their installations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n        \n    <button class=\"faqs-btn\">\n        <span>\n            <div class=\"screen-reader-text\">Open<\/div>\n        <\/span>\n        At what temperature is steam produced?
