aluminum and zinc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the customer, this process is essential to <strong>recover valuable materials<\/strong> and <strong>optimize the recycling or reuse of these metal components.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project had to meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Process based on a manual method<\/strong>: the process was to be carried out by a manual method based on steam heating, carefully applied both on the joint between the aluminum and the zinc and on the entire surface of the plate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steam heating<\/strong>: Steam heating is the method chosen by the customer due to its effectiveness in vapor transfer and being able to separate both metals without generator with a 20 kW stainless steel boiler, capable of generating more than 25 kg\/hour of steam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thermally insulated steam pipe with lance and steam gun<\/strong>: the use of a thermally insulated steam pipe with lance and application gun was proposed to effectively apply steam on aluminum and zinc plates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water treatment system<\/strong>: due to the specific conditions of the client&#8217;s location, the installation of a water treatment system was also required to ensure the correct operation of the electric Maintenance is divided into a part that can be easily fulfilled by the owner: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">Know and apply the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions regarding use, safety measures, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Not to put the installation into service or prevent the operation of pressure equipment if the requirements of the Regulation are not met.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having at least the following documentation for the pressure equipment while they are installed: Declaration of conformity, manufacturer&#8217;s instructions (if applicable), and, if necessary, installation certificate, along with other supporting documentation (such as installation project, record of the last periodic inspection, certifications of equipment repairs or modifications, and any other documentation required by the relevant technical instruction complementary to this regulation).
