to <strong>guarantee the quality of the final product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application of steam in this industry can be related to processes such as <strong>curing<\/strong>, <strong>drying<\/strong> or <strong>conditioning<\/strong> of <strong>cables<\/strong> to <strong>improve their mechanical properties<\/strong> and <strong>ensure greater durability of the final product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, the project had to meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maximum precision in steam parameters<\/strong>: Steam plays a crucial role in the electrical cable manufacturing industry, especially in the finishing phase. We configured a unit with a power of 40 kW. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pressure reduction system<\/strong>: additionally, we equip a pressure reduction unit to deliver steam in the optimal conditions required by the customer&#8217;s application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PT 100 temperature probe<\/strong>: we incorporated a PT 100 temperature probe in the steam outlet of the generator, prioritizing its signal for the management of the resistors. This made it possible to guarantee maximum working pressure by means of a control pressure switch. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Technology used:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-arrow-list\">\n<li><a
