client is a <strong>food<\/strong> company specialized in the <strong>meat<\/strong> <strong>sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their requirement was to generate and supply 80 kg\/h of steam at a stable pressure of 5-6 bar to feed a <strong>meat cooking drum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main challenge of the project was to provide a <strong>compact solution<\/strong> that would fit into the limited space available at the customer&#8217;s facility, <strong>without compromising efficiency and<\/strong> process <strong>reliability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project therefore had to meet the following list of requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supply of 80 kg\/h of steam at a stable pressure of 5-6 bar<\/strong>: the customer&#8217;s equipment required a constant flow of steam to ensure uniform cooking and maintain the quality of the final product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compact solution<\/strong>: given the limited space available at the customer&#8217;s facilities, it was essential that the proposed solution be compact and adapted to this need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efficient steam distribution<\/strong>: we designed a distribution network to ensure uniform steam delivery to the drum, avoiding any fluctuations that could affect equipment performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strict hygiene and safety regulations for in AISI-304 stainless steel<\/strong>: we opted for an electric steam generator made with all components in AISI-304 stainless steel, specifically designed to produce 80 kg\/h of steam at a constant pressure of 5-6 bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water softener<\/strong>: to ensure that the water used meets the necessary quality standards, a water softener was installed, improving efficiency and extending the useful life of the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steam distribution line and connections<\/strong>: We designed and implemented a steam supply line from the generator to the firing drum, using stainless steel piping to ensure steam purity and resistance to high temperatures. The entire installation was carefully calorifuged to minimize thermal losses and guarantee the energy efficiency of the system. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" For detailed contents, refer to Annex IV of the regulation. Making this documentation available to the competent authority of the autonomous community and the companies responsible for maintenance, repair, or periodic inspections.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Use the pressure equipment within its intended operating limits as specified by the manufacturer and take it out of service if it no longer meets the necessary safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Perform maintenance on the installations, pressure equipment, safety accessories, and control devices in accordance with the operating conditions and manufacturer&#8217;s instructions, and <b>examine them at least once a year. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Arranging for the necessary periodic inspections as required by Article 6 of the regulation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having and maintaining an up-to-date record of pressure equipment categories I to IV, as defined in RD 709\/2015, of July 24, or equipment similar to these categories according to Article 3.2 of the regulation,
