processing, needed to inject steam at a temperature above 180\u00b0C into a furnace where it is mixed with hydrogen.\nHere are additional details of the application <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduction potential setting: <\/strong>In the copper processing process, especially in the refining stage, a furnace is used to melt the copper and remove impurities such as iron silicate.\nReduction potential refers to the ability of the furnace to remove these impurities and produce high purity copper.\nThe introduction of steam together with hydrogen facilitates the adjustment of the reduction potential of the furnace.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum temperature of the mixture to avoid condensation:<\/strong> it is crucial to maintain a minimum temperature of 143\u00b0C in the mixture of steam and hydrogen to avoid condensation of water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steam temperature required:<\/strong> It is recommended that the steam be at least 250\u00b0C, to ensure that the mixture maintains an adequate temperature throughout the reduction process.\nThis ensures efficient iron silicate extraction and high quality copper production. the steam reaches the required temperature for mixing with hydrogen without condensing during the process. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pressure reduction system: <\/strong>a system designed to modulate the steam pressure before it enters the electric furnace, prior to passing through the afterheater.\nThis ensures that the steam is adjusted to the specific conditions required for the reduction process in the furnace. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condensate recovery tank: <\/strong>a tank designed to recover and reuse the hot water condensed during the process.\nThis not only optimizes water For detailed contents, refer to Annex IV of the regulation. Making this documentation available to the competent authority of the autonomous community and the companies responsible for maintenance, repair, or periodic inspections.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Use the pressure equipment within its intended operating limits as specified by the manufacturer and take it out of service if it no longer meets the necessary safety requirements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Perform maintenance on the installations, pressure equipment, safety accessories, and control devices in accordance with the operating conditions and manufacturer&#8217;s instructions, and <b>examine them at least once a year. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Arranging for the necessary periodic inspections as required by Article 6 of the regulation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Having and maintaining an up-to-date record of pressure equipment categories I to IV, as defined in RD 709\/2015, of July 24, or equipment similar to these categories according to Article 3.2 of the regulation, mb-2\"><p class=\"p1\">It is known that by applying a heat source to water, it is transformed into steam from the boiling point and at atmospheric pressure.<br \/>\nFrom this point on, depending on the required degree of saturation of the steam for its correct application, we will have to increase the pressure in order to obtain a higher temperature.<br \/>\nTo change the temperature and degree
