The ASSISTANPHONE service provided by our Customer Service Department allows you to contact experts in GICONMES products that help you perform the proper maintenance of the machine. Also, through ASSISTANPHONE we put at your disposal any instruction or manual related to our products.

When it comes to solving any type of fault, even when these involve changing components, we put at your disposal our service GICONMES YOURSELF. Our management of original spare parts guarantee the maximum reliability of all the supplied components.

All our products enjoy the guarantee period that Spanish legislation grants; however, through the GICONMES WARRANTY PROGRAM (GWP) service, we offer warranty periods until five years.
