Dezember genehmigt wurden, legen unter anderem <strong>die Verpflichtungen<\/strong> fest <strong>, die die Eigent\u00fcmer von Anlagen und Druckger\u00e4ten betreffen<\/strong>.\nDie genannte Verordnung legt die Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Inspektionen, Reparaturen und \u00c4nderungen von Ger\u00e4ten mit einem <strong>maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Druck von mehr als 0,5 bar fest. Darunter versteht man Ger\u00e4te, Druckger\u00e4te<\/strong>, Rohrleitungen und einfache oder ortsbewegliche Druckbeh\u00e4lter.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:96px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns mb-0 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pflichten der Benutzer<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns mb-0 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-4 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-arrow-list\">\n<li>Sie kennen die Gebrauchsanweisungen des Herstellers, die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und die Wartungsvorschriften und wenden diese an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Anlage nicht in Betrieb zu nehmen oder den Betrieb von Druckger\u00e4ten zu verhindern, wenn die Anforderungen der Verordnung nicht eingehalten werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwenden Sie Druckger\u00e4te innerhalb der vom Hersteller angegebenen Betriebsgrenzen und nehmen Sie sie aus dem Verkehr, wenn sie die erforderlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen nicht mehr erf\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warten Sie Anlagen, Druckger\u00e4te, Sicherheitszubeh\u00f6r und Kontrollvorrichtungen entsprechend den Betriebsbedingungen und den Anweisungen des Herstellers und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen Sie sie mindestens einmal pro Jahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-arrow-list\">\n<li>Ordnen Sie ggf. regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Inspektionen an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchren Sie ein aktuelles Verzeichnis der Druckger\u00e4te der Kategorien I bis IV gem\u00e4\u00df der RD 769\/1999 vom 7. Mai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bestellen Sie die notwendigen Reparaturen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melden Sie eingetretene Unf\u00e4lle gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 14 des Reglements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-bg-20-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-h5\"><strong>Welche Dokumentation muss der Benutzer haben und immer mit dem Dampfger\u00e4t oder der Installation mitf\u00fchren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:8.3%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58.3%\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gebrauchsanweisung des Herstellers<\/strong>: Wird vom Hersteller herausgegeben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung<\/strong>: Wird vom Hersteller ausgestellt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installationszertifikat<\/strong>: Wird vom Installateur ausgestellt, wenn er nicht mit dem Hersteller identisch ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installationsprojekt<\/strong>: Es ist immer dann erforderlich, wenn das Ergebnis der Multiplikation des maximalen Betriebsdrucks (Pm), gemessen in Bar, mit dem Volumen (V), gemessen in Litern, aller fest angeschlossenen Ausr\u00fcstungen der Anlage, ausgenommen Leitungen, 25.000 \u00fcbersteigt.\nEs muss von einem als EIP-2 qualifizierten Installationsunternehmen wie <strong>GICONMES IBERICA, S.L.<\/strong> erstellt werden <strong>.<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aufzeichnung der letzten periodischen Inspektion<\/strong>: Ausgestellt vom Inspektor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bescheinigungen \u00fcber Reparaturen oder \u00c4nderungen<\/strong>: Diese werden von der Person ausgestellt, die die Arbeiten ausf\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alle anderen Unterlagen, die in der erg\u00e4nzenden technischen Anweisung (ITC) der oben genannten Verordnung verlangt werden<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:112px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns mb-0 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-6 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58.3%\">\n<p class=\"text-h5\"><strong>Wie wird die Ausr\u00fcstung einer Anlage gem\u00e4\u00df der Druckger\u00e4teverordnung (REP) klassifiziert?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die grundlegenden Sicherheitsanforderungen f\u00fcr das Inverkehrbringen von Druckger\u00e4ten werden durch die RD 709\/2015 vom 24. Juli festgelegt, die in Artikel 4, Punkt 1.2 und in Tabelle 5 des Anhangs II wiedergegeben sind, und m\u00fcssen gem\u00e4\u00df den in Art. 9 des RD 769\/1999 (BOE 31\/05\/1999), mit dem die Richtlinie 97\/23\/EG umgesetzt wurde, die am 19. Juli 2016 durch Artikel 50 der Richtlinie 2014\/68\/EU des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 15. Mai 2014 zur Harmonisierung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten \u00fcber das Inverkehrbringen von Druckger\u00e4ten aufgehoben wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die von <strong>GICONMES IBERICA, S.L.<\/strong> hergestellten Dampferzeuger fallen in die Gruppe 2, da die in ihnen enthaltenen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten hinsichtlich ihrer Gef\u00e4hrlichkeit gem\u00e4\u00df der oben genannten Richtlinie 2014\/68\/EU und in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit ihrem Artikel 4; Anhang II als nicht gef\u00e4hrlich (nicht entz\u00fcndlich, nicht giftig, nicht explosiv, nicht brennbar) gelten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:8.3%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Die Klassifizierung von Druckger\u00e4ten zur Dampferzeugung gem\u00e4\u00df Tabelle 5 von Anhang II der RD 709\/2015 lautet wie folgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kategorie I: Teams mit PxV &lt; 50<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kategorie II: Teams mit PxV zwischen 50 und 199<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kategorie III: Teams mit PxV zwischen 200 und 2.999<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kategorie IV: Teams mit PxV ?000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:96px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading text-h5\"><strong>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig durchzuf\u00fchrende Inspektionen von Druckger\u00e4ten und wer sie durchf\u00fchren muss<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:8.3%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58.3%\">\n<p>Alle Ausr\u00fcstungen, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrer Kategorie, m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Tests und Inspektionen ihrer technischen Eigenschaften und Sicherheitsbedingungen unterzogen werden, um ihre ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Funktion zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie werden durchgef\u00fchrt von:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hersteller, Installateur oder Wartungsbetrieb, der f\u00fcr die Kategorie EIP-2 qualifiziert ist. Aktenzeichen R002ZA20\/61246.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugelassene Kontrollstellen (ACOs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:96px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:8.3%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center text-h5\"><strong>Welche Tests sollten durchgef\u00fchrt werden und wann?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">F\u00fcr die Kategorien I &#8211; II &#8211; III und IV gibt es drei Stufen der <strong>M\u00dcNDLICHEN<\/strong> Inspektion, je nachdem, wie viel Zeit seit der Inbetriebnahme verstrichen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column dnone-tablet is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:8.3%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Stufe A &#8211;<\/strong> Die Inspektion kann bei in Betrieb befindlichem Ger\u00e4t durchgef\u00fchrt werden und muss vom Hersteller, Installateur oder Wartungspersonal, das f\u00fcr die Kategorie EIP-2 qualifiziert ist, <strong>mit j\u00e4hrlicher<\/strong> \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der <strong>Periodizit\u00e4t<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Dokumentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visuelle Inspektion von unter Druck stehenden Teilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sicherheitszubeh\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><strong>Stufe B.<\/strong> <\/strong>Die Inspektion muss bei stillgelegtem Ger\u00e4t durchgef\u00fchrt werden und wird <strong>alle<strong> DREI (3) Jahre<\/strong><\/strong> von einer autorisierten Kontrollstelle (OCA) durchgef\u00fchrt <strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Inspektionen der Stufe A wurden durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dicken von Beh\u00e4ltern unter Druck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sicherheitselemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Andere, die nach dem technischen Ermessen des OCA entstehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Stufe C<\/strong>&#8211;
